Labor: $65.00 per hour with a one-hour minimum repair time. Most repairs are capped at two hours unless deemed otherwise. If parts are required we will call you with a quote to get confirmation before continuing work on your computer.
On-Site Labor: $130 per hour. Drive time is added to total time spent on-site. There is no labor cap for onsite support
Due to the risk of unknown variables causing data loss we take no responsibility for the loss of customer data. The customer is responsible for their data. We recommend backing up regularly to reduce the risk of data loss.
The customer must pick up their computer and or parts within one week after notification of completion. After one week the computer and or parts are subject to a fee of $5.00 per day until the system is picked up. If you have not heard from us within five business days please call us to check your repair status. Computers and or parts left over 30 days without contact will be sold or recycled to either offset the bill or free up space on our shelf's.
All computers with software related issues are subject to a full cleanup, unless you specify otherwise.
All anti-virus, anti-malware and other cleanup utilities will be removed when running a full cleanup, unless you state otherwise.
A 30-day warranty is applied to all labor charges.
New parts installed by us have a one year warranty. We do not use refurbished parts to replace bad parts. We use only new parts to replace bad or broken parts.
